Who we are

What we collect and why

If you use the inquiry form, we collect the name, organization (optional), email address, service interest, and message you enter. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to carry out the engagement. We do not use it for marketing lists.

If you email or call us directly, we keep the correspondence as part of normal business records.

Browsing the site does not require an account, and we do not run analytics or advertising tracking. We do not set cookies of our own.

Providers involved

The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver pages and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and operations. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person; Turnstile may process browser and connection information as described in Cloudflare’s privacy documentation.

Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox through Resend, a transactional email provider, which processes the message in order to send it and keeps delivery records under its own retention policy. Our business email is provided by Google Workspace.

How long we keep information

Inquiries are kept in our business mailbox for as long as the conversation is active and afterwards according to our normal mailbox practice. Provider logs are retained by each provider according to its policy. We do not maintain a separate database of inquiries.

Your choices and requests

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request to contact@mirzasystems.io from the address you used, and we will respond by email. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons; if so, we will tell you.

Changes

If our practices change, we will update this notice and the effective date above.
