AI training and enablement

Practical AI skill for the people who do the work.

We teach leaders, managers, and teams to use AI well inside their actual roles: with their approved tools, their own examples, and clear guidance on what to review and what to keep out of a prompt.

Three ways we work with your people

Leadership education

Executives, directors, and department heads

A working session for decision makers who need enough understanding to set direction without becoming practitioners. We cover what current AI tools can and cannot do reliably, how to evaluate a proposed use, what oversight looks like in practice, and how to talk about AI with staff in a way that reduces anxiety rather than adding to it.

Leaders leave able to sort opportunities from noise and to ask the right questions of vendors and their own teams.

Practical team workshops

Operations, administrative, customer facing, and program teams

Hands-on sessions built around tasks your team already performs. Participants work through their own documents, inquiries, and reports, and leave with prompts and workflows they can use the next morning. We use the tools your organization has approved, not a demonstration account.

Workshops are adapted to the group. A finance team and a student services team do not get the same exercises.

Role specific enablement

Individuals and small groups with a defined responsibility

Focused enablement for people whose role would change materially with AI support: an executive assistant, a grants coordinator, an intake specialist, a training manager. We map their recurring work, design reusable workflows for it, and coach them through adoption over a defined period.

This is the format most often paired with an implementation engagement, because the person being enabled is usually the future owner of the system.

What people learn to do

Every program covers these capabilities at a depth that matches the audience.

  • Break a task into steps an AI tool can help with, and write prompts that produce usable first drafts.
  • Review AI output critically: check facts, spot omissions, and know when to discard a result.
  • Handle information appropriately: what may go into a tool, what must not, and how to tell the difference.
  • Build reusable workflows and templates so good results are repeatable, not lucky.
  • Support adoption in their team: share what works, document it, and help colleagues start.
  • Recognize where a task needs human judgment and keep it there.

Formats, not packages

We do not sell fixed courses with set lengths, class sizes, or certificates. Each program is scoped with you after a short discovery conversation, so the format fits the audience and the time your people can commit. Sessions can be in person in Utah or remote for organizations elsewhere.

Representative deliverables include exercises built on your own work, a set of prompt examples for the roles involved, written workflow guidance, and practical reference materials people keep at hand. The final scope, sequence, and materials are agreed per engagement and written down before we begin.

Questions buyers usually ask

Do participants need prior AI experience?

No. Programs start from where the group is. Mixed experience is normal and is handled by pairing and by exercise design.

Can the examples reflect our actual work?

Yes, and they should. We ask for representative documents and tasks during discovery, with any sensitive material removed or replaced.

Can we use the tools we already have?

Yes. We work with the tools your organization has approved. If you have not chosen tools yet, that decision can be part of the leadership session.

What happens after the sessions?

Adoption support is scoped with the program. It typically includes a follow-up point where we review what stuck and adjust the materials.

Is this suitable for public sector or education teams?

Programs can be adapted to organizations with policy and oversight requirements. We define information boundaries and documentation expectations up front.

How is a program priced?

By scope, after discovery. We do not publish rates because the right program varies with audience size, format, and depth.
